Custom or personalized items may require additional production time depending on the design and quantity.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Florida, Georgia & North Carolina: 2 to 5 business days

All other U.S. states: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Honestly Innovation LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
