Customized Products
- Since our products are made-to-order and customized based on your instructions, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Defects or Errors
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing Support@honestlyinnovation.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product showing the defect or error
- Once your claim is validated, we will offer you:
- A free replacement of the item
- Or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Customized Products
For any non-customized products (if applicable on our website):
- You have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return or exchange.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
Order Details Errors
We encourage you to carefully review all order details before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer (e.g., typos in the personalized text or incorrect design selection).
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, once production has started, cancellations will no longer be possible.
