Refund policy

At HONESTLY INNOVATION we stand by our product quality and offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have a 14 day window from the delivery date to initiate a return or any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship it back for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

All international returns and exchanges (outside of Canada and US) must be returned to our US returns facility. You are fully responsible for the shipping label and packing material costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition using the original packaging they were delivered with. Products that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Products that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted and your refund/credit/exchange will be denied.

Starting your return or exchange

To start a return, please contact us at Support@honestlyinnovation.com or please use our Chat Bot located on our website to submit your return or exchange request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You will have 14 business days from the day of approval to ship back your return. Late returns will not be refunded.

You are fully responsible for the shipping label or packing material used to send the product back to us. Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we receive your return for processing before your refund, store credit, or exchange is issued back to you. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.

Damaged deliveries

If your product is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as your receive your product and we will replace it for you. Please follow the steps below to start the process.

Disclaimer

During holidays, processing and delivery may take longer due to increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers are responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address during checkout. In the event that your order is refused, or the shipping address is incorrect, the order will be sent back to us.

In the event of a returned shipment, fees will apply to have your order reshipped.

Once shipments leave our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. We recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. HONESTLY INNOVATION is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
